Our exceptional onsite wind turbine inspection services by drone include compliant drone flights, data management, risk mitigation, and compliance protocols allow us to deliver consistent repeatable results and ensure that we find and report defects as required but also that we safeguard our clients' wind turbine assets and interests.
For each wind turbine inspection service by drone project, we propose to:
-
Setup wind turbine inspection project collaboration system (shared folders)
-
Conduct fully compliant, wind turbine inspection services by drone
-
Provide an immediate in-house review/reporting of the image data for critical turbine blade defects
-
Upload the data for Ai software & analyst review
-
Receive and review the software-based/analyst findings
-
Generate summary report findings

Wind turbine inspection services by drone will allow our clients to:
-
Characterize/baseline the condition of inspected WT blades.
-
Prioritize blade damage per below:
-
Critical (The turbine should be stopped. Immediate intervention suggested)
-
Serious (Major damage. Prompt repair recommended)
-
Substantial (Major defects: repair recommended within 3-6 months or before icing conditions)
-
Slight (Minor defects: repair is recommended within 6-12 months)
-
-
Take corrective actions to mitigate the risks related to significant damage.
-
Enhance contract, planning, and scheduling of repairs.
-
Document and record blade conditions for all inspected assets before the end of the warranty period.
-
Aggregate defect data to:
-
Track damage progression over time
-
Develop improved maintenance procedures
-
Investigate as yet unknown and/or repeating defects on specific blade types
-
Better allocate limited wind technician resources
-
Implement predictive maintenance strategies to reduce the levelized cost of electricity production (LCOE).
-
-
Demonstrate diligence internally and/or to partners/owners.
-
Demonstrate diligence over the life of the WT to facilitate asset divestiture.
-
